Jose & Selena started off as a husband and wife team running a local food truck at farmer’s markets. Shortly after, they opened their first restaurant in the heart of Heber City, which outgrew itself quickly. This resulted in the purchase of a larger location where they are now located at.
Generations in The Making
Creating a future for their family was the mission behind providing outstanding, authentic Mexican food to the Heber Valley. Jose & Selena’s passion to serve their community while also providing for their family is the heart behind Tacos El Güero.

Amazing Mexican food restaurant in the middle of Heber City. Fast food with the quality of a sit down. There is something for everyone; I especially liked the help yourself salsa bar, a wide variety of choices on the menu with old fashioned favorites as well as unique tastes. Tacos El Guero is a great place for a quick bite or a sit down dinner.

Legit the best tacos I've ever tasted in utah. I don't even live close and I'll be back because they're worth the drive. I had beef, pastor, birria, and chorizo... Every single one was unique and had a depth of flavor most taco places won't achieve. It was amazing, seriously.
